Sets and Props Lookdev Artist

ABOUT THE JOB
As part of the Stim team, you will work closely with the Art Director and the technical team to define and develop the visual appearance (look development, shaders, and textures) of sets and props for our current series project, Ghost Force Experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the final visual appearance (lookdev), create and apply shaders and textures for sets and props in accordance with artistic and technical guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with upstream departments to ensure visual consistency and quality throughout the entire production.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent knowledge of render engines, primarily Arnold.
- Solid experience with node-based software and architectures (Katana, Gaffer, Houdini, Solaris...).
- Proficiency with industry-standard texturing tools (Substance Painter, Mari...).
- Sharp analytical and artistic skills, creativity, and visual problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation for the team (wiki, template setups, etc.).
- Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and manage your time.
- Fluent in French.
NICE TO HAVE
- In-depth proficiency in Gaffer / Katana / Solaris.
- Knowledge and mastery of Houdini.
- Knowledge of Python, OSL, or other scripting languages to optimize lookdev tools and workflows.
- Fluency in English.
