CG Supervisor
Project: Animated TV Series
Location: Angoulême, France (on-site position)

Duration: Until late 2026 – early 2027
ABOUT THE JOB
Join the Stim team as a 3D Production Supervisor on an animated TV series.
You will oversee the full 3D production workflow, from initial briefing to final delivery, working closely with other supervisors, the production team, and the director.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with department leads on rush reviews, pipeline organization and workflow improvements.
 - Propose creative solutions that support budget and schedule constraints.
 - Work with the production team to define goals, staffing needs, and schedules for 3D artists.
 - Anticipate challenges in upcoming production phases and provide solutions to mitigate risks or delays.
 - Make clear decisions when technical or organizational issues arise.
 - Encourage a positive and supportive work environment aligned with studio values.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in animation or VFX.
 - Strong expertise across the full 3D pipeline (modeling, lookdev, FX, lighting, animation, compositing) – both technical and artistic.
 - Ability to work autonomously while coordinating a team.
 - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 - Fluent in French (spoken and written).
 - Ability to anticipate, prioritize and manage tight deadlines.
 - Comfortable collaborating with a wide range of team personalities and work styles.
 
NICE TO HAVE
- Scripting knowledge (Python, VEX…)
 - Experience with Houdini, Gaffer, Maya pipelines
 - Strong experience with Houdini
 - Good understanding of English
