Production Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Within the Stim team, you will work under the direct supervision of the Line Producer, you will support and facilitate the day-to-day management of the production of a feature movie, Girl in the Clouds.

- Supporting the line producer with administrative tasks

- Production management of ongoing projects

- Exchange with customers

-Discuss internal studio tasks with line management

- Research any required reference material or techniques

- Keeping track of each artist's task list, and monitoring their progress

- Organise meetings and review sessions

- Look out for and troubleshoot scheduling issues

- Monitor / maintain a calm work environment
 

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of work experience 

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Ability to anticipate problems related to the project’s development as a whole

- High level of initiative and flexibility

-Ability to work and communicate efficiently with various personalities and different work styles

- French fluent

- English fluent

- Google sheet / excel  knowledge
 

Plus:

- Knowledge of the film industry and its production processes

- Experience with an asset manager such as Kitsu, shotgrid
